The University is in Kisubi, Savio stage on the Kampala–Entebbe highway, about 15 kilometers from Kampala.
We have two types of application procedures namely;
Online– where you visit our website www.unik.ac.ug and then click on apply now button.
Manually– where you visit the University Offices to apply.
- Master programs- One should have a good Degree (minimum of Second class lower) in the relevant field.
- Bachelors Programs- One should have at least 2 Principle passes obtained at U.A.C.E with 6 credits at UCE or a Diploma in the relevant field or mature age entry scheme.
- Diploma Programs- One should have at least 1 Principle pass and 2 Subsidiary passes obtained at U.A.C.E and 4 credits at UCE or Certificate in the field of interest.
- Currently the University is housing a Catholic scholarship program.
- No we don’t, we however embrace a blended teaching method using ODEL.

- For International students, you are required to equate your academic documents before you’re admitted.

The University is founded on Catholicism and cherishes Catholic ethos. We however, admit students who belong to other religious denominations.

We don’t have branches yet. We still have the main campus which is located in Kisubi along Kampala- Entebbe highway.
We are still operating under a provisional license, but we are glad to report that the charter application was submitted to NCHE, the visitation team has finalized their evaluation exercise, and we await the evaluation report.
We do accept transfers but of 40% of the credits.
We do have accommodation services at a fee of 450,000/= per semester.
UniK under the dean of students offers help to international students regarding their student pass.
