The academic Registrar’s office is the center-nerve and the rallying point of all academic and administrative activities in the University.  The academic Registrar’s office is headed by the academic Registrar who is responsible to the deputy Vice-Chancellor for the day-to-day academic administration of the University.

For the smooth and efficient running of the academic Registrar’s office, as a department, it is managed by three other staff who include the deputy academic registrar, assistant registrar (awards) and assistant registrar (admissions)
