Get in touch with the Faculty Dean or Faculty administrator either virtually or you can physically visit the faculty.

a) Log into the e-learning platform of University of Kisubi with your user name and password

b) Then go to the content drawer

c) Tap on the dashboard and this takes you to the course overview.

Log into the e-learning  platform, click on the courses tab then search for the name or code of the specific course you are looking for and then click on “enroll me” in order to enroll yourself

  • Incorrect log in details

  • Error in password or user name especially following the set format of date/month/year

  • Poor network connectivity

a) Click on “join session”

b) Click on Big Blue Button

c) Activate your microphone and confirm you can hear and see your microphone in green color

The lecturer may use the zoom app. In that case, enter the meeting ID and pass code into your zoom application.

The lecturer makes a formal communication on the eLearning platform in the announcement tab or communicates in the created watsapp groups.

a) Register with the University registry

b) Finance will issue you with a bank code, upon successful registration

c) Go to the bank or Bank agent and give them the Bank code

d) Pay the money and it will automatically go to your account

e) An instant message will come to the registered mobile number and the Bank will give you a small receipt to acknowledge receipt of your money

f) Present that small receipt from the Bank to the Finance and you will be given a formal University receipt.

a) Save your finished work appropriately on your device

b) Open e-learn platform

c) Go to the specific course unit

d) Click on “add submission

e) Upload/attach your saved file

f) Click on save changes at the bottom

  1. g) Then click on “submit”.

a) Report to University campus in order to access Wi-Fi

b) Using the University code (192.168.10.6), that was given during orientation, enter it in the search engine, and choose the student option.

c) Click on “courses and marks” on the left hand corner

d) Input your registration number and your password, which is your birth data in the format of year-month-date. (Don’t use /)

e) Click on the specific grade slip and view results
