Dear Students and Staff,
As we come to the end of another successful semester, I would like to take a moment to express
my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for your hard work, dedication, and resilience.
I encourage everyone to take some time to celebrate the achievements and milestones reached
this semester. Whether it be completing a challenging assignment, presenting ground-breaking
research, or supporting a fellow student or colleague, no accomplishment is too small. These
accomplishments, big or small, contribute to the continued growth and success of our academic
community.
As we anticipate the start of a new semester, let us remember all that we have learned and
accomplished during this time. Let us use this knowledge and experience to fuel our progress
and to create an even more inclusive and supportive environment for all.
Here below is the schedule for the beginning of next semester:
- The Education In-service students will report on January 2, 2024 and their programme
will end on January 20, 2024 - New students will report on January 21, 2024
- Lectures will commence on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 for full time students and
Saturday, January 27, 2024 for the weekend students. Please pay University dues
on the first day of the semester.
Graduation: Graduation ceremony will take place on February 23, 2024. All graduands are
encouraged to review the graduation requirements checklist and ensure that they have
completed all necessary tasks. This includes submitting any outstanding paperwork, clearing
any financial obligations, and clearance with the respective department.
In closing, I wish you all a well-deserved break and a joyful Christmas season. May the coming
year bring new beginnings, exciting opportunities, and continued success.

back in the new academic semester.
