Director Planning and Development 

Br. Vincent Barigye is a member of the Congregation of the Brothers of Christian Instruction (BCI). The BCI is an international Religious congregation with branches scattered all over the world. The Brothers are educators working mainly is schools. His early surroundings provided absolutely something to excite ambition for education. He is a graduate of the Pontifical University of St.   Thomas, Rome in Theology (1992) and the University of St. Thomas Minnesota USA in Counseling Psychology (2013)

He has served various Institutions and various Boards including the Association of the Religious in Uganda (ARU) as Chairperson from 2002-2006. He played a key role in the foundation of the University of Kisubi, the Catholic Scholarship Programme (CSP), the Uganda Science Education Program (USEP), the Congregational Agricultural Development Programme (CADeP) and lately an appointee on the Uganda Episcopal Child Protection Policy Development team. He is currently serving as the Director of Planning and Development at the University of Kisubi (UniK).
