Next Generation Leadership Programme – Uganda

Next Generation Leadership Programme NGLP Scholarships 2024

Call for applications

The Next Generation Leadership program hosted at the University of Kisubi is a program that focuses on nurturing the leadership potential of Religious Sisters, Religious brothers, Priests, and laypersons working in church-owned/church-founded institutions.

The Next Generation Leadership Programme (NGLP) prepares new and existing leaders in the African Church to practice Servant Leadership and a culture of Synodality. This is achieved primarily by providing selected religious and laypersons with advanced educational opportunities as well as courses and immersion in Servant Leadership, Child Protection and Safeguarding, Executive Management, and Catholic Social Teaching. The Programme successfully fosters more effective leaders who are better equipped to lead the Church as an institution (including the religious congregations and dioceses), and also care for tens of thousands of under-served and marginalized people, whom they serve daily in their apostolic works
